About Craig Cherry

Craig Cherry is a shareholder at the law firm of Haley & Olson, P.C. During his career, Craig has maintained a nationwide practice representing individuals, families and businesses in state and federal courts throughout the United States in a variety of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on the areas of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation, product liability litigation, as well as, complex commercial litigation.

In 2005, Craig served as co-lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the first jury trial to go to verdict in the United States involving a motorcoach bus manufacturer. In that case, a Texas jury returned a $17.5 million dollar actual damage award in favor of the plaintiffs and the verdict was also listed by The National Law Journal as one of the Top 100 verdicts in the United States in 2005.

In recognition of his advocacy skills and the results achieved for his clients, Craig was selected by his colleagues as a Texas Rising Star in Texas Monthly magazine (Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition) in 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009.
